I need a wootheme expert to modify their Estate Theme.

To modify the following:

1. Remove “For Rent” on the search option in homepage.
2. Convert “Search Property Price” Textbox to Dropdown list of Prices instead of Text Box
3. Convert Price of Property to include metric of “PSF”
4. Remove Property ID” field and add in a new field (Dropdown list) named: “Expected TOP” and add in backend an option to update TOP year.
